It was yet another successful event under umbrella of CSharpCorner Delhi Chapter. Fifth month in row, there was more than hundred energetic developers attended the event. This month was dedicated to JavaScript and I left amazed seeing love for JavaScript among audience.

It was a full day event on JavaScript. Day was divided into three parts as below,

  1. Functions in JavaScript
  2. Objects in JavaScript
  3. Arrays in JavaScript.

Idea was to focus on basics of JavaScript language. This was first event of four parts event series on JavaScript. I hosted the day, entertained the crowd and presented on topic Functions in JavaScript.

I covered following topics,

  • Defining Functions
  • Working with Invocation patterns
  • Working with Function Arguments and Parameters
  • Object as argument
  • Working with Argument types
  • Function as values
  • Function as Namespace
  • Working with Higher Order Function
  • Call() , apply() and bind() methods
